Tree-mounted bait station

.The black cocoa ant (Dolichoderus thoracicus) is an ant that has caused trouble to many people in recent years. Although it is a native species in Taiwan, it suddenly becomes troublesome due to environment and climate changes, and the explosive growth of their population. Currently, at least 9 counties, cities, and 24 townships in Taiwan have been infested seriously.

.Black cocoa ants are very active and good at climbing. They easily invade homes along water pipes and wires, and are extremely harassing to local people.。

.Chung Hsi Chemical has developed a 50 ml bait and special liquid bait station for ant species that like sweets, such as black cocoa ants. We have also developed a "tree-mounted bait station" to address the habit of these ants that often climb vertical surfaces such as trees and fences. The bait station is suitable for fixing on vertical surfaces where black cocoa ants often pass by, and also suitable for placing on the ground, making it a multi-purpose bait station.

.The tree-mounted liquid bait station needs to be used with a bottle of Erasant® Liquid Ant Bait of 200 ml.

.You can use cable ties, nylon ropes, iron wire and other materials to pass through the holes on the back of the bait station, and bind them to cylinders such as street lamps, telephone poles, or tree trunks.
.There is a raised structure on the back of the vertical piece of the bait station, which can slow down slipping and enhance the fixing effect.
.The bottom is a wide plane, and the station is designed with a 90-degree angle, so it can be placed firmly against the wall.
.There is a movable rain cover above the bait station bottom. When placed outdoors, it can prevent rain flushing or accumulation of fallen leaves into the bait groove, thus maintaining the feeding effect of ants and the effectiveness of the bait.

. How to use?
1. Place the bait station into position and fix it if necessary.
2. Put the rain cover on the green plastic base according to the shape of the bottom.
3. Open the bottle cap of the 200 ml bottle of the bait. Do not tear off the sealing film of the bottle opening. After turning the bottle upside down, insert the bottle opening into the bait station.
4. Rotate the bottle tightly, the structure of the bait station will cut through the sealing film, and the liquid bait will flow out into the groove.
5. Due to the principle of air pressure, when the bait in the groove decreases, the bait will flow out into the groove again.
6. You can observe the remaining of liquid bait in the bottle. Remove the old bait bottle and replace it with a new one if necessary.
